As a member of the CX team, I envision leveraging virtual reality and augmented reality to create immersive experiences that allow customers to interact with our products and services in a more engaging way. By using these technologies, we can gather valuable insights on how customers interact with our brand, products, and services, allowing us to better understand their preferences and behavior. This data can then be used to tailor our offerings to better meet customer needs and improve the overall customer experience.
