How has the shift to E-Learning affected your ability to develop problem-solving skills and creativity in group projects compared to traditional classroom settings?
The shift to E-Learning has both positively and negatively impacted my ability to develop problem-solving skills and creativity in group projects compared to traditional classroom settings. On one hand, E-Learning has allowed for more flexibility in how we approach and solve problems, as we can utilize online resources and collaborate virtually. However, the lack of face-to-face interaction in E-Learning can sometimes hinder the brainstorming process and creative flow that often comes with in-person group work. Overall, adapting to E-Learning has required us to find new ways to effectively communicate, problem-solve, and think creatively in group projects.
